1. Transformer
A transformer is a static electrical appliance that converts an AC voltage of a certain value into an AC voltage of the same frequency but different values.
Attention: Due to the coil of the transformer being an energy storage component, during CNC maintenance, the transformer will continue to be energized for a short period of time after the machine tool is powered off. Therefore, safety should be taken into account during maintenance.
2. Relay
A relay is an electrical device that connects or disconnects a control circuit based on changes in input signals to achieve control purposes.
Note: The contacts of a relay cannot be used to connect or disconnect load circuits, which is the difference between the function of a relay and that of a contactor.
3. Circuit breaker
Low voltage circuit breakers, formerly known as automatic air switches, are now referred to as low voltage circuit breakers according to ECE standards. Low voltage circuit breakers are electrical appliances that integrate the functions of controllers and protective appliances, effectively protecting the electrical equipment connected in series behind them.
4. Switching power supply
Switching power supplies are called energy-saving power supplies because their internal circuits operate in a high-frequency switching state, resulting in low energy consumption. The power efficiency can reach around 80%, which is nearly twice that of ordinary linear regulated power supplies. Provide the DC power supply required for the machine tool, such as 24v5v, in the machine tool circuit.
5. Contactor
A contactor is an automatic control electrical appliance used to frequently connect or disconnect the main circuit with a load, consisting of electromagnetic mechanisms, contact systems, arc extinguishing devices, and other components.
