Below, DONGS CNC Machine Tools presents the ‘QK Series CNC Pipe Thread Lathe’.

The pipe thread lathe is a horizontal lathe specifically designed for machining large-diameter pipe fittings. Featuring a large spindle bore, it incorporates chucks at both the front and rear of the headstock for convenient clamping of large-diameter pipes or bars. The dual-chuck system ensures enhanced workpiece stability during machining. High Rigidity Structure The bed is cast as a single piece from high-quality, high-strength cast iron, delivering outstanding rigidity and precision. The saddle employs plastic-coated guideway surfaces, significantly enhancing wear resistance and accuracy; guideway surfaces undergo ultrasonic hardening for high hardness and extended service life. While retaining standard CNC lathe functionality, this CNC pipe threading lathe primarily processes internal and external threads on pipe components. It can machine external cylindrical surfaces, internal bores, and end faces of shaft-type, disc-type, and similar workpieces. Widely employed across mechanical manufacturing, petroleum, chemical, coal, geological exploration, and municipal water supply/drainage sectors, it meets diverse machining requirements.
