1.High-rigidity structural bed

The dual-spindle CNC lathe features an inclined bed structure, wherein the bed forms a right-angled triangle. The plane housing the CNC lathe guideways intersects the ground plane, presenting an inclined surface. This inclination angle may be selected from 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, and other options. For a given guideway width, the X-axis saddle on an inclined bed is longer than that on a horizontal bed, enabling the installation of multi-station turrets. The inclined bed configuration offers superior rigidity, precision, cutting performance, and chip evacuation capabilities.
