1.High rigidity structure:The 30°/45° inclined bed and base are integrally cast and made of high-strength cast iron. Through finite element analysis, stiffeners, high-strength cast iron materials, and resin sand moulding are used. Compared to a flat bed, the centre of gravity is lower, and stability is better. Precision casting, anchoring, assembly, and testing ensure a wide guideway surface and larger guideway spacing, resulting in a larger load-bearing area and more uniform force distribution. This maintains excellent performance during high-speed cutting and heavy-duty machining, reduces vibration, and enhances bed stability. Additionally, the slant bed design allows the machine tool to reduce its footprint while maintaining guideway length, offering high space utilisation. It also facilitates automatic chip removal, ensuring smooth chip evacuation, keeping the machine tool clean, and minimising guideway thermal deformation.
The slant bed structure aligns the axial force of the lead screw with the direction of gravity, reducing backlash and further improving machining accuracy.
The spindle servo motor drives the spindle at a transmission ratio of 1:3 to 1:10 depending on the machine tool model, offering excellent rigidity and high torque at low speeds.
2.Processing efficiency: The unit-type structure spindle is equipped with a variable frequency motor and a 12-station tool turret. It can be optionally equipped with a hydraulic servo tool turret or a power tool turret to achieve turning and milling composite functions, meeting the processing requirements of complex parts. Tool changing is fast and smooth, with a large tool capacity, reducing tool changing time and effectively improving processing efficiency.
