The TCK52 series slant bed CNC lathe is available in four models: TCK52, TCK52D, TCK52DY, and TCK52DYS. It features an integral cast bed, automatic lubrication system, cooling system, and fully enclosed protective cover. The 30° low-centre-of-gravity slant bed structure is equipped with 45mm roller linear guides. The bed structure undergoes finite element stress analysis (FEM) to ensure structural integrity, with reinforced ribs designed to prevent twisting and deformation. The thickened, widened, and heavy-duty structure effectively guarantees the bed's rigidity and stability. The tailstock is available in hydraulic and servo-programmable versions. Hydraulic tailstock: The tailstock moves as a whole driven by a hydraulic cylinder, with all movements controlled by M codes. The tailstock's main structure is designed for heavy-duty applications, ensuring stable clamping force.
