1、 Reasons for bearing temperature increase
1. The contact point on the surface of the shaft ceramic tile is small, and the contact surface is insufficient, which does not meet the equipment specification requirements.
2. The increase in bearing clearance is much greater than the designed clearance, which makes it difficult for lubricating oil to form oil wedges when entering the bearing pad surface, resulting in poor lubrication and an increase in guide bearing temperature and unit vibration.
2、 Solution to temperature rise of guide bearings
When lubricating the surface of ceramic tiles, even through the maximum swing point of the spindle, although the matching clearance is minimal, due to the short distance, good lubrication conditions, less heat generated by friction, and good cooling effect, it generally does not cause bearing temperature rise, nor does it cause ceramic tile combustion.
