3、Timely cleaning. Cleaning of air filters, electrical cabinets, and printed circuit boards. The inspection of machine tool cables mainly involves checking for poor contact, broken wires, and short circuits at the moving joints and bends of the cables.
4、Some numerical control systems use CMOS components for parameter memory, and the stored content is maintained by battery power during power outages. 5、Long term failure to provide daily maintenance for CNC lathes. When the equipment is idle and not in use, the CNC system should be frequently powered on, and when the machine tool is locked, it should be run idle. In the rainy season with high air humidity, power should be turned on every day to use the heating of electrical components to drive away the moisture inside the CNC cabinet, ensuring the stable and reliable performance of electronic components.
